This Privacy Policy applies to all information (including personal information) collected through the Viflux Service.

- Photos and videos you choose to upload for editing, from your camera, gallery, or social media (if connected). Only the specific files you select are accessed and encrypted locally on your device. Metadata (e.g., geotags) may be automatically removed.
- App usage data, including your device language, installation and last usage date/time, and interactions within the App.
- Purchase information, such as whether you have an active paid subscription.
- Social media data, if you log in via a third-party account (e.g., Facebook or Apple). We may collect limited profile data permitted by the platform, governed by its privacy policies.
- Device data, such as operating system, device model, IP address, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), and browser type.
- Online activity data, such as screens viewed, time spent, and navigation behavior, which may be collected through SDKs, cookies, or similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Process your uploaded photos and videos solely to provide AI editing services.
- Communicate updates, announcements, and respond to your inquiries.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze usage statistics to enhance user experience.
- Send marketing communications (if permitted by law).
- Display in-App advertisements (for free users).
- Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We never use or share your uploaded media content (photos/videos) for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the App’s core functionality.
Your Choices
- Opt out of marketing or push notifications via your device settings.
- Revoke device permissions by disabling camera, gallery, or microphone access anytime.
- Request data removal through the “Support” section in App Settings.
- Manage cookies and tracking by adjusting your browser or device ad settings.
- Targeted advertising opt-out via industry tools (e.g., DAA’s AppChoices).
Disabling certain permissions may limit App functionality.
Security Practices
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.
Retention
- Uploaded photos and videos are automatically deleted from cloud servers within 24–48 hours after editing.
- Other non-media data is retained only as long as needed to provide and improve the App or comply with legal requirements.
- You may request deletion of your data through the in-App support feature or by email.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform, which may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, including access by our support team in other countries.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it. Parents may contact us at appsupport@viflux.com for assistance.
California Residents
For users located in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants additional rights, including the right to:
- Know the categories of personal information collected and shared.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
