- We do not collect Face ID data, biometric identifiers, or face data for authentication, identity verification, or identifying a specific person.
- User-uploaded photos, videos, face data, temporary AI processing data, and generated content are used only to complete the AI generation or editing request initiated by the user.
- We do not use user-uploaded content or face data for identity verification, advertising, user profiling, sale, AI model training, independent AI system development, marketing, data analytics, or any unrelated purpose.
- User-uploaded content and related temporary processing data are deleted from our servers after the requested processing is completed and the result is delivered to the user, unless the user explicitly chooses to save the result on their local device.
- All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols.
- Contracted third-party AI service providers, if used, are restricted to process user data only to complete the user-requested task and are not permitted to retain, reuse, sell, disclose, train models with, or use the data for any independent purpose.
3. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Viflux, we may collect the following categories of information:

- Support communications: information you provide when you contact us for customer support, including your email address and the content of your request.
4. Face Data and AI-Generated Content
What face data may be processed
Some Viflux features, such as Motion Swap, AI Motion, AI Photo, AI Video, and other AI-powered creative tools, may require users to voluntarily upload photos or videos. These photos or videos may contain faces. When users choose to use these features, Viflux may temporarily process face-related information contained in the uploaded media, such as facial images, face position, facial landmarks, facial geometry, facial alignment information, expression or motion references, and temporary AI processing data generated only for completing the requested AI result.
Viflux does not create or maintain a face database, does not create persistent biometric templates, and does not build face profiles linked to a user’s identity. We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric identification.
How face data is used
Face-related data is used only to provide the AI feature requested by the user. For example, face-related data may be used to align facial features, apply motion, transfer expressions, generate an AI image, generate an AI video, or create a user-requested visual transformation.
We do not use face data or user-uploaded content to identify users, verify identity, track users across apps or websites, build user profiles, serve personalized advertising, sell data, or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
No AI model training or unrelated use
We do not use user-uploaded photos, videos, face data, temporary AI processing data, generated content, or other user-uploaded content for artificial intelligence model training, independent AI system development, marketing, advertising, user profiling, data analytics, or any unrelated purpose. User-uploaded content is used solely to complete the specific AI generation or editing request initiated by the user.
Third-party AI processing
To provide AI generation features, user-uploaded content may be securely transmitted to our servers and/or contracted third-party AI service providers. These third-party AI service providers are contractually restricted to process user data only for completing the user-requested AI generation or editing task. They are not permitted to retain, reuse, sell, disclose, train models with, develop independent AI systems with, or use the data for any other purpose.
Retention and deletion of face data
User-uploaded content and related face-processing data are retained only for the time necessary to complete the requested processing. After the requested processing is completed and the result is delivered to the user, the related uploaded content and temporary face-processing data are deleted from our servers, unless the user explicitly chooses to save the generated result on their local device. Viflux does not retain user-uploaded content for independent reuse.
Preloaded tutorials and sample previews
Preloaded tutorial videos, guide popups, sample previews, and demonstration materials shown in the App are for feature demonstration purposes only. These materials do not involve collecting, uploading, or processing face data from the user or the user’s device.
5. Face Data Review Questions
This section provides additional details about Viflux’s handling of face-related information in response to common privacy and app review questions. For clarity, all references to face data below relate only to user-selected photos or videos voluntarily uploaded by the user for Viflux features such as Motion Swap, AI Motion, AI Photo, AI Video, and related AI creative tools.
What face data does Viflux collect?
Viflux does not collect facial recognition data, Face ID data, biometric identifiers, faceprints, or any biological characteristic information used to identify a user. Viflux does not create, extract, or store biometric face templates for authentication, identity verification, or identifying a specific person.
Viflux only processes photos or videos that users voluntarily select and upload when they choose to generate AI photo or video content. Any face-related visual information that may appear in uploaded media is processed only as part of the user-selected AI generation or editing request. Viflux does not perform facial recognition analysis and does not extract face data for user identification.
How is any face-related information used?
User-uploaded photos and videos are used only to provide Viflux’s AI photo generation, AI video generation, Motion Swap, AI Motion, and related creative features requested by the user. These files are not used for facial recognition, biometric analysis, identity verification, or identifying the user.
Any temporary face-related processing is limited to generating the requested AI result, such as applying motion, aligning visual elements, transferring an expression or movement, creating an AI image, or producing an AI video selected by the user.
Does Viflux share face data with third parties? Where is it stored?
Viflux does not sell user-uploaded photos, videos, face data, or generated content, and does not share them with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or any third party for advertising, marketing, user profiling, data analytics, model training, or independent use.
User-uploaded content may be securely transmitted through Viflux-controlled servers and trusted cloud infrastructure solely to complete the user-requested AI generation or editing task. If contracted third-party AI service providers are used, they act only as data processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted to process the data only to complete the user’s request. They are not permitted to retain, reuse, sell, disclose, train models with, develop independent AI systems with, or use the data for any other purpose.
Data is protected using industry-standard encryption during transmission and appropriate technical and organizational security measures during temporary processing and storage.
How long is face data retained?
Viflux does not actively extract or retain facial features or identifiable biometric data on a long-term basis. User-uploaded content and any related temporary face-processing data are retained only for the time necessary to complete the requested AI generation or editing task.
After the requested processing is completed and the result is delivered to the user, the related uploaded content and temporary processing data are deleted from our servers, unless the user explicitly chooses to save the generated result on their local device. Viflux does not create or maintain any face data archive linked to a user’s identity.
